Clear project and service refund terms for our clients.
Once a project has been completed and properly delivered according to the agreed requirements, the project payment is non-refundable. After final delivery and completion, no refund will be issued for the completed project.
If an issue arises during the active development process, or the agreed project plan needs to change before completion, we will review the situation with the client and work toward a fair resolution. Where the project is cancelled by mutual agreement during development, a refund of up to 50% of the amount paid may be provided, depending on the work already completed and project costs incurred.
If the delivered work materially fails to meet the requirements that were agreed for the project and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, the client may request a full refund. The request will be reviewed against the approved scope, requirements and project communications.
Requests for new features, additional pages, functionality or requirements outside the agreed scope may require additional time or charges. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund. Any significant scope change will be communicated before additional work proceeds.
Clients are encouraged to review progress during development and provide feedback promptly. This helps resolve issues before final delivery and keeps the finished project aligned with the agreed requirements.
